We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Internal Sales to lead our nationwide inside sales team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective inside sales strategies, ensuring the development and maintenance of excellent relationships with our clients, and driving consistency in our inside sales processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase inside sales revenue, aligned with our company's overall objectives.
- Lead and train a team of inside sales representatives, setting clear goals and providing continuous support to maximize performance.
- Oversee the management of customer accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and intervening in case of complaints or complex issues.
- Identify and implement improvements in internal sales processes, including the use of technology and CRM tools.
- Ensure ongoing training for the sales team on products, sales techniques, and customer relationship management tools.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, provide regular reports to management, and propose corrective actions in case of deviation from targets.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on inside sales.
- Proven experience managing a team spread across multiple locations.
- Strong experience in change management and leading teams through organizational transitions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Bilingualism is required as you will manage both English and French-speaking employees and clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changes.
