As the Director, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Promoting resident satisfaction and well-being through active involvement in daily operations
- Coordinating a range of services including healthcare, accommodation, dining, facility management, housekeeping, and recreational programs
- Ensuring adherence to certification standards
- Managing emergency protocols and maintaining a first responder list
- Fostering team cohesion and a sense of community
- Recruiting and training staff
- Engaging in marketing initiatives to maintain full occupancy
- Overseeing lease agreements and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications:
