Job Description:


The Director of Sales Operations will be responsible for overseeing a nationwide inside sales team at Sani Marc Inc. This role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth, leading a team of sales representatives, and ensuring excellent customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to increase revenue and meet business objectives.
  • Lead Sales Team: Train, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a focus on inside sales.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and motivation. Bilingualism is required, as the role involves managing both English and French-speaking employees and clients.
