Job Description

As a Business Development Manager at NBC, you will play a key role in growing our commercial client base and developing business opportunities in the market. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business prospects, establish strong relationships with clients, and provide tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and develop business opportunities in the market, increase commercial client base, and establish business development strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their financial needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, identify trends, and provide insights to clients to inform their business decisions.
  • Commercial Lending: Negotiate loan agreements, ensure risk management standards are met, and maintain profitability criteria.
  • Business Planning: Develop business development plans, set goals, and track progress.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Associate Vice-President and Manager – Financing Solutions to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 4 to 8 years of experience in sales and business development within the financial industry.
  • Education: University certificate, Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in a related field.
  • Skills: Strong business development skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze financial data, and experience in commercial lending.
