About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized businesses, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies
