Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our Commercial Banking department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized businesses in the Quebec region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop new products and services
- Conduct financial analyses and develop financing scenarios to support client needs
- Negotiate terms and conditions of products with clients to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies
- Identify business opportunities in the market for NBC's products and services
- Participate in market visibility activities to promote NBC's brand and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients
- University degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, economics)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
