Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Director, Client Services to lead our client strategy and project delivery. As a key member of our executive team, you will manage a team of Account Directors and Managers to ensure client satisfaction, drive business growth, and collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team at Creative Niche and make a significant impact on our clients' success. You will be responsible for leading and supporting the client service team in campaign delivery across various operational units, including fundraising operations, data management, digital strategy, creative development, mail production, payment processing, and financial oversight.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Account Directors and Managers to deliver successful campaigns within NFP sectors
  • Lead and support the client service team in campaign delivery, ensuring campaigns are profitable, timely, and meet client expectations
  • Stay current with sector trends and collaborate with the executive team to maintain industry leadership
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in fundraising, including tele-fundraising
  • Strong multitasking, communication, and people management skills
  • Proficient in Excel for budgeting and data analysis
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary package of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
