About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnerships Developer to manage customer initiatives and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project implementation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with multi-geographical customers.

Job Description
  • Review operator documentation with Sales to verify contract deliverables and translate to product delivery plans
  • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor & control, and close new product delivery and additions to existing installations at client sites
  • Manage overall relationships with assigned clients, increasing adoption, expanding use cases, ensuring retention and satisfaction
  • Build and maintain successful customer relationships through meetings, presentations, and teleconferences
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in account/relationship management, business development, or client-facing roles
  • A strong background in software or systems implementation, preferably with international experience
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously in a deadline-oriented environment
