Sales and Business Development Manager for Proptech SaaS Solutions

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our dynamic sales team as a Sales and Business Development Manager for Proptech SaaS Solutions. This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with innovative technology and make a significant impact on the growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets within your assigned territory, driving sales of cutting-edge SaaS software solutions in the proptech industry.
- Lead a 1VALET portfolio - minimum quota of ~$1M annually, utilizing your strong presentation and communication skills to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Act as a technical leader to junior staff, providing mentorship support and guidance on how to conduct compelling virtual and in-person software demonstrations to potential customers.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust your sales approach accordingly, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer information in the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the Director of Sales, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers in the proptech industry.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in B2B software sales, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- French/English bilingualism is mandatory, and you must have excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Able to travel up to 75% of the time, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
