Senior Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Office Manager to join our team at LOMAS CLEANING AND RENOVATION INC. as an Operations Coordinator.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage the office budget and maintain inventory controls.
- Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Based on location, we estimate the average salary to be around $48,500 per annum.
