Job Title: Senior Office Manager - Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Office Manager to join our team at LOMAS CLEANING AND RENOVATION INC. as an Operations Coordinator.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish clear priorities to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage the office budget and maintain inventory controls.
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.

You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Based on location, we estimate the average salary to be around $48,500 per annum.
