Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and internal stakeholders
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional manner
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
- Oversee the preparation of reports and maintain accurate records
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- A competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per annum
