Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced studio manager to join our team at Canada INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the work of camera operators and other technical staff, ensuring seamless production execution.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Design and coordinate special effects such as fire, explosion, and crashes, utilizing creative vision and technical expertise.
  • Oversee the acquisition, fitting, and maintenance of costumes and wardrobes, collaborating with designers and artisans to achieve high-quality results.
  • Audition and cast performers for roles, leveraging exceptional judgment and attention to detail.
  • Schedule and oversee rehearsals, guaranteeing smooth transitions between scenes and maintaining a fast-paced production rhythm.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • This role operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and resilience.
  • The ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision throughout the production process.

Estimated Salary:
