Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at CANADA INC. In this permanent position, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our establishment, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company policies.
  • Establish work priorities and manage office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Carry out administrative activities, such as preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Have strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Be proficient in MS Office.
Benefits
  • This is a permanent position with 35 to 40 hours per week.

  • The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
