Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Opportunity:
The Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining cabin and restaurant on our cruise ships. This includes ensuring high-quality food and drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining profitable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all activities of the dining cabin and restaurant
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols
- Manage staff and provide training and development opportunities
- Monitor and control costs and inventory
- Develop and implement programs to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Proven track record of success in managing high-volume restaurants or food service operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
