Administrative Operations Coordinator

As an Administrative Operations Coordinator at Upper Canada Specialty Hardware Limited, you will play a crucial role in enhancing organizational efficiency and productivity. This permanent position offers a dynamic work environment where you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and Review Procedures: Develop and assess new administrative protocols to ensure optimal operations.
- Delegate Tasks: Assign responsibilities to office support personnel to maintain workflow.
- Establish Priorities: Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines.
- Administrative Oversight: Manage the administrative functions of the organization, including budget preparation and inventory control.
- Data Management: Compile data and generate periodic reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Office Coordination: Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts that may arise within the team.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee technical and support staff to ensure effective operations.
- Project Coordination: Lead project initiatives and collaborate with other supervisors or managers to meet objectives.
- Policy Development: Create and implement policies and programs that support organizational goals.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and Google Drive.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in project coordination or a related field.
- Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to multitask effectively.
