Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and refine administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Review and assess the effectiveness of new administrative procedures.
  • Delegate tasks to office support personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Establish work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Manage administrative functions of the organization.
  • Assist in preparing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Compile data and generate periodic and specialized reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address and resolve conflict situations as they arise.
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress and outcomes.
  • Supervise both technical and support staff to ensure effective performance.
  • Design project frameworks and oversee data analysis to prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Develop and implement policies and programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services as necessary.
  • Manage project activities in collaboration with other supervisors or managers.
  • Oversee departmental operations that provide various administrative services.
  • Ensure that commercial or residential projects align with requirements, budget, and timelines.

Experience Requirements

Prior experience in project coordination is essential.
