Key Responsibilities- Implement and refine administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Review and assess the effectiveness of new administrative procedures.
- Delegate tasks to office support personnel to optimize workflow.
- Establish work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Manage administrative functions of the organization.
- Assist in preparing the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Compile data and generate periodic and specialized reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth operations.
- Address and resolve conflict situations as they arise.
- Monitor and evaluate project progress and outcomes.
- Supervise both technical and support staff to ensure effective performance.
- Design project frameworks and oversee data analysis to prepare comprehensive reports.
- Develop and implement policies and programs to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services as necessary.
- Manage project activities in collaboration with other supervisors or managers.
- Oversee departmental operations that provide various administrative services.
- Ensure that commercial or residential projects align with requirements, budget, and timelines.

Prior experience in project coordination is essential.
