Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative support specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that involves providing administrative support to our staff, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging travel and accommodations for attendees.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, meeting minutes, and budget reports.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $40,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
