Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of diverse members to deliver exceptional service and achieve high standards of operation. You will work closely with the Owner to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Shift Management
- Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the necessary tools to succeed.
- Quality and Cleanliness
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests.
- Ensure all operating guidelines for equipment are followed.
- Team Development
- Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation.
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory and ordering to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
