- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Education and Experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- Work Setting
- Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
- Physical Demands
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability
- Excellent oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
