Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
  • Menu Planning and Pricing: Collaborate with the management team to modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant's budget and target audience.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other essential supplies.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
