We are a dynamic and growing restaurant company seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies, ensuring optimal profitability and efficiency.

Operational Evaluation

Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and ensure seamless execution of restaurant procedures.

Menu Planning and Pricing

Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, ensuring alignment with our brand's culinary vision.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Supplier Negotiations

Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, securing the best possible deals for our restaurant.

Work Environment

Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

35 to 40 hours per week.
