Restaurant Operations Manager

The Chill Desire is seeking a skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
- Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Menu Planning and Pricing: Collaborate with the management team to modify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with the restaurant's budget and target audience.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other essential supplies.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
