Job Description: As an Administrative Support Professional at Field LLP, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our office. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.">
  • Sorting, processing, and verifying applications, receipts, and other documents with attention to detail.">
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, ensuring accurate and efficient communication.">
  • Preparing invoices and bank deposits with precision and accuracy.">
  • Photocopying and collating documents for distribution, mailing, and filing, maintaining organization and confidentiality.">
  • Performing data entry tasks with speed and accuracy, utilizing computer software proficiently.">
  • Filing material in storage areas, labeling files according to retention and disposal schedules, and retrieving documents as needed.">

Experience and Specialization: To be successful in this role, you will require:

Additional Requirements: In addition to the above requirements, you will need to undergo a criminal record check and provide references. You will also be required to have your own transportation.
