About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Nova Scotia Limited. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and report preparation
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications
