We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead to join our team as an Equipment Maintenance Specialist. This is a full-time position responsible for supervising employees who install, service, and repair equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Service Technicians and/or Service Team Leaders; coordinate and schedule Technician work schedules.
  • Communicate repair plans to Technicians aligned with customer quotes; monitor Technician productivity and repair quality.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to individual Service Technicians and/or Service Team Leaders; conduct performance reviews and offer opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate level of relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated role competence is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • In-shop Supervisor experience for 7-8 Technicians and 1 Service Admin.
  • Union setting experience.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Additional benefits vary between locations and include options such as our Retirement Savings Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
