We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to lead our pharmacy team in delivering exceptional patient-centered care and exceeding patients' expectations. Job SummaryThis is a full-time opportunity for an experienced pharmacist to join our team as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of pharmacists and technicians, ensuring seamless patient care, and driving business results. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry developments, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to deliver exceptional patient care and meet business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, including patient information, medication lists, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
- A valid license to practice pharmacy in Canada.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and driving business results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
