Warehouse Team Lead

Job Role Overview:
This position supervises and trains Package Handlers and Clerks on warehouse operations, ensuring they work safely and efficiently. The supervisor holds teams accountable for attendance and submits timecards, promoting a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains good relationships with employees, management, and customers.
- Facilitates training for new and current employees.
- Conducts group meetings and coordinates evaluations with management.
- Provides solutions for package concerns and supervises daily activities.
- Maintains UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 70 lbs and work flexible shift hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent, with management experience preferred.
