Technical Service Lead

At Cummins Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Lead to oversee the installation, service, and repair of equipment and machinery.
This role involves supervising employees who install, service, and repair equipment and machinery, as well as coordinating and scheduling technician work schedules and communicating repair plans to technicians aligned with customer quotes.
The ideal candidate will have intermediate-level relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience, and be able to provide coaching and feedback to individual service technicians and/or team leaders.
We are offering a base salary rate commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits such as our Retirement Savings Plan, Medical/Dental/Life Insurance, Health Savings Account, Domestic Partners Coverage, and a full complement of personal and professional benefits.
This position requires a college or university degree in a relevant discipline and may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
