We're seeking a seasoned Chief Technical Specialist for Nuclear Projects in Canada to contribute to our Canadian operations, focusing on Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) and nuclear fleet refurbishment programs.
This full-time position will be based in the Toronto area, commencing in January 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical meetings and discussions
- Develop calculation notes and technical drawings
- Review and approve design documents
- Identify and resolve technical issues and queries
- Conduct non-conformance reviews and approvals
- Assist team members in upskilling and professional development
Requirements:
- A strong background in engineering, preferably in the nuclear sector
- Excellent knowledge of Canadian nuclear standards and regulations
- Fluency in English language skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
Salary: $120,000 per annum, depending on experience
