The Senior Manager, Performance management and analysis is a pivotal role within Brunel's nuclear division. This leadership position plays a key role in the success of Nuclear Safety Analysis projects, ensuring the safety and security of Canada's nuclear infrastructure.

As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and performance of Nuclear Safety Analysis projects, collaborating with senior leaders, technical experts, and other managers to support the growth of our client's nuclear team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the growth of the Safety Analysis team from an operational and management perspective
  • Review, verify, and approve complex technical reports
  • Be accountable for the technical work undertaken by the team
  • Support technical projects and interface with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide mentorship and assist in the development of junior technical staff within our client's nuclear team
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Nuclear Safety Analysis. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A D. in a relevant field (e.g., Nuclear, Health Physics, or Engineering)
  • At least 8+ years of experience within the Canadian Nuclear industry
  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership capacity and/or building high-performance teams
  • Experience working specifically with Canadian Nuclear utilities in Safety Analysis
  • Proficiency in relevant nuclear safety computer codes (e.g., MCNP, SCALE, CATHENA, GOTHIC, ADDAM, Phoenix RM, CAFTA)
  • Mastery of one or more areas of Nuclear Safety Analysis (Deterministic or Probabilistic Safety Analysis)
  • Demonstrated technical report writing abilities
Compensation and Benefits

As a Senior Manager, Performance management and analysis, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 CAD per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
