The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 CAD, depending on experience.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity is part of Kinectrics' growing portfolio of services supporting the development and deployment of new nuclear power plants. As a Senior Nuclear Licensing Specialist, you will provide critical support to clients in the nuclear sector, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering high-quality technical work.

You will work closely with senior engineers and supervisors to conduct projects, analyze technical results, and prepare reports suitable for submission to clients and nuclear regulators. Your expertise will be invaluable in leading the work of Kinectrics' technical staff and contributing to the company's growth in the dynamic energy sector.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of science and engineering disciplines, acquired through a 4-year university education.
  • Nuclear safety & licensing experience - minimum 5 years.
  • New build and/or SMR or Advanced Reactor service experience - 1 year is an asset.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and project management skills.
