Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Ontario-Atlantic Region

Rich Products Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Ontario-Atlantic Region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in food service sales or business development
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a direct sales force or brokers
  • Bachelor's degree or post-secondary education in marketing, business, economics, or related field
  • Proven track record of sales growth and customer engagement
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
