We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our Canadian sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that capitalize on the strength of our product portfolio, sales force, and agency network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Establish market and target customer strategies in conjunction with the sales leadership team
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies to increase penetration within our addressable market
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the sales and agency teams to achieve sales goals and initiatives
  • Manage the overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of performance, effective sales leadership, and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the lighting/electrical industry is required, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
