We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Vice President of Sales Canada to lead our Canadian sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on the strength of our product portfolio and sales force.
  • Establish market and target customer strategies in conjunction with the sales leadership team.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies for increasing penetration within our addressable market.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals and initiatives.
  • Manage the overall sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales pipeline management.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of performance, effective sales leadership, and excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the lighting/electrical industry is required, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field. Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce.com is also a plus.

Travel Requirements

Travel requirement will vary from 30 – 60%.
