Rich Products Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Ontario and Atlantic Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing our Food Service Division (FSD) Strategic plan priorities and achieving AOP objectives for the region.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the food service industry, with a proven track record of sales success and leadership experience. You will be responsible for managing a direct sales force, developing and training sales teams, and driving associate performance and engagement.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing market plans to achieve volume and margin goals
  • Managing a direct sales force and providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Collaborating with national assets to drive growth and achieve assigned market targets
  • Providing sales intelligence and insights to support business decisions
