Regional Sales Representative

At Flexstaf IT, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand our customer base.
- Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals to secure orders from existing and new clients.
- Provide technical support and guidance on company products to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage client accounts to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in the manufacturing industry with at least 2 years in a sales role.
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.
- Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems.
