Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Canada Inc. as an Administrative Coordinator. This role will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • Assist with data entry, maintain digital databases, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and efficient interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Office skills.
  • Electronic mail and other computer software skills.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
