Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Advance Plus Tech Solutions Inc.

About the Role: As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient office procedures and routines
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet clients and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent education
  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software
