Job Description

As a Customer Service Manager at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our high standards of service are maintained. This role involves supervising staff, addressing customer complaints, and performing front desk duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they are meeting our service standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform front desk duties, including check-in and check-out procedures
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
