LILY'S LOUNGE SPA is seeking a Customer Service Operations Manager to lead our sales and customer support team. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles and a high school diploma or equivalent.



Key Responsibilities


  • Sales and Customer Support: Assign sales workers to duties and supervise their activities to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and arrange for the training of staff, and conduct performance reviews to maintain a high-performing team.
  • Operations: Establish work schedules, manage cash, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Cash Handling: Authorize payments by cheque and manage the store's cash flow.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, and authorize the return of merchandise.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues, and maintain a positive customer experience.


The Customer Service Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our sales and customer support team provides exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Requirements


  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
