Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at EMCO Corporation. As a key member of our sales support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Enter sales orders and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Grow and retain established customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other tasks as requested by the Profit Centre Manager and Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or counter sales.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software to communicate via email and analyze customer data.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
