About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Executive Aviation. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the above wing experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate the activities of our Customer Service Agents
  • Monitor and report on updates from our Operations Control Centre (OCC)
  • Review flight logs to ensure all billable items have been captured
  • Track passenger counts and submit monthly reports to our General Manager
  • Attend airport meetings with our General Manager
  • Update our Integrated Flight Information Display System (IFIDS)
  • Meet with our local General Manager to discuss employee or operational challenges
  • Complete daily operations logs in Vortex
  • Ensure all baggage deliveries have been completed
  • Provide weekly passenger numbers to the airport for the following week
  • Prepare and stock international packages
  • Bridge aircraft
  • Complete the shift planning board
  • Work positively with airline crew
  • Ability to work outside in all types of weather
  • Update our monthly information and tips board
  • Order airline-specific stock
  • Handle lost and found items according to airline procedures
  • Perform light grooming duties
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • 2 years' experience as a Counter Agent, with increasing responsibilities
  • RAIC/Security Clearance pass
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Previous experience managing or building a schedule
  • Previous airport customer service experience
