Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Executive Aviation. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the above-wing experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate the work of our Customer Service Agents
  • Ensure seamless communication with our airline partners and team members
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with our General Manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
