Job Summary:
The Redux Services Account Coordinator is a key member of the West Coast Reduction Ltd. team, responsible for supporting all account activities of the Redux team in accordance with the company's objectives and goals. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with key stakeholders, and driving business growth through strategic account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day account coordination activities, including handling customer inquiries, coordinating with third-party service providers, and managing customer reports and records.
- Assist Redux Service Consultants with sales calls, site visit tracking, and proposal writing for new and existing customers.
- Coordinate follow-up and generate reports for bypassed stops and service-related issues.
- Support and maintain Redux customer account data, including account details, contact information, and service reports.
- Research and compile information on new target customers to build Redux Program growth.
- Execute all third-party service provider scheduling and coordination.
- Provide day-to-day account service support and coordination of special projects.
- Ensure all customer records are properly entered into the WCRL internal system.
- Be accessible outside of regular business hours to assist with customer requests.
Requirements:
- Two years of relevant customer service or equivalent education and experience.
- Self-motivated and detailed-oriented with a high degree of accountability towards projects and work assigned.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and exceptional interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and exercise initiative to ensure high-quality service in a high-paced environment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience working with ERP and CRM Systems is a strong asset.
- Ability to work hours required as per business needs and be available on an on-call basis.
