Role Summary

You will be responsible for servicing client accounts, assisting with client onboarding, and recommending retail solutions. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will ensure that each client has a legendary experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional client service at every interaction, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Account Onboarding: Assist with client onboarding, including gathering information and processing account requests.
  • Retail Solutions: Recommend retail solutions to clients, including deposit accounts, investments, and credit products.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Senior Private Banker, including preparing reports and composing correspondence.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
  • Financial Services Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on private banking or wealth management.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business.
