The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering and facilitating virtual classroom training programs to employees across various locations. This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to different learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive virtual classroom training sessions">
  • Facilitate group discussions, brainstorming sessions, and hands-on activities">
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training content">
  • Analyze training metrics and provide insights on the impact of training programs">
  • Participate in team planning activities to implement strategic initiatives">
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders">
  • Conduct needs assessments and identify opportunities for improvement">
  • Develop and deliver training programs that meet business objectives">
  • Evaluate and coach learners based on performance and engagement">
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve overall success">

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or Education">
  • 5+ years of experience delivering and facilitating training programs">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems">
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is required">

Compensation

">

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and a stock purchase plan.
