Sales Training Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Sales Training Development Manager to join our team at Waste Management. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in training development and facilitation to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Job SummaryThis role will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance on sales training initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance learning experiences, and developing high-quality training materials.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to equip sales teams with the necessary skills and knowledge to meet customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content that addresses key sales performance gaps.
- Design and deliver interactive training sessions that incorporate various instructional strategies, such as guided learning, hands-on exercises, and classical approaches.
- Evaluate participant performance and provide actionable feedback to reinforce learning and improve sales outcomes.
- Work closely with project management to ensure timely delivery of training programs and materials.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or Education, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience delivering and facilitating sales training programs, with a proven track record of driving business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including sales teams, subject matter experts, and project managers.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (spoken and written).
