Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Training Facilitator to join our team at Waste Management. As a key member of our training department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality virtual learning experiences to our employees.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive virtual training sessions to groups of varying sizes
  • Develop and maintain instructional materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement training programs aligned with business objectives
  • Maintain accurate records of training participation, engagement, and evaluation results
  • Provide coaching and feedback to learners to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or Education, or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in training delivery, facilitation, and instructional design
  • Bilingual - French & English - spoken and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and analytics tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short-term disability.
