Warehouse Supervisor Job Description

S G INTERNATIONAL TRADING INC. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining a high level of productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure high product quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, staff performance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Working Conditions:

  • 30-40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
