Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at 21 Century Trading Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and coordinate the operational logistics of our organization, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop warehouse staff in duties and policies to ensure a high level of performance and efficiency.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and meet quality standards.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support warehouse operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
